Morning of Worship, Fellowship, and Celebration!
What a beautiful time at Oskaloosa Christian’s Annual Christmas Dinner! Our hearts were filled with JOY as we gathered to celebrate the birth of our King, Jesus Christ.
The morning began with a heartfelt chapel hosted by our 5th graders, leading us in worship and praise to our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace—Immanuel, God with us!
Our 3rd graders added JOY with their rhythm sticks, and the 1st and 8th graders amazed us by reciting Luke 2 from memory. During dinner, the 5th-grade band played beautiful background music and lifted their voices to sing “Waymaker” by Leeland—a powerful reminder that Jesus is the Light in the darkness.
A delicious meal, lovingly prepared by our very own Carol and Linda, nourished both body and soul.
Thank you to all the parents who joined us and helped make this evening so special. Together, we celebrated the true meaning of Christmas—the gift of Jesus, our Savior!
