🏀 Reflecting on a Great Basketball Season! 🏀
This year, we were blessed with an incredible group of young ladies on the basketball team! With 3 eighth graders and 9 seventh graders, we had a total of 12 players who showed up with determination, dedication, and a willingness to grow—not just in basketball skills but also in communication and teamwork.
Throughout our 11 games, we were able to play a full “A” game and at least two quarters of a “B” game each time. Both teams celebrated about half of their games as victories—a testament to their hard work and perseverance.
What stood out most, though, was the character these girls displayed. They worked with great effort and intensity, stayed coachable, and kept positive attitudes, even when things didn’t go their way. Their faith, teamwork, and determination were evident on and off the court, and I couldn’t be prouder of them. – Coach Kaisand
Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” These ladies have committed themselves to growing as individuals and as a team, and we are excited to see how God will continue to shape their futures—both in basketball and beyond.
